From San Antonio
Take IH-10 West toward Boerne. Exit #545; Balcones Creek Rd/Dietz Elkhorn Rd. Merge onto the frontage road and continue for about half a mile. Turn right onto Dietz-Elkhorn Rd just after Javelina Harley-Davidson — The Wagmore Pet Resort is on the right.
From Boerne
Take IH-10 East toward San Antonio. Exit #546; Fair Oaks Pkwy/Tarpon Dr. Continue on the frontage road to the stoplight at Fair Oaks Parkway. Take the turn-around onto IH-10 West frontage road. Stay on the frontage for about a mile, turn right onto Dietz-Elkhorn Rd just after Javelina Harley-Davidson — The Wagmore Pet Resort is on the right.

Check-out time
4:00 pm. Pick-ups after 4:00 pm are charged a flat $20-per-pet late check-out fee. This applies every day including Sunday — it is not a full extra day of boarding.
Arrivals & departures
Guests may arrive or depart any time during business hours. We prefer arrivals at least an hour before close and ask that you schedule the pick-up window so we can have your pet ready.
Sunday courtesy hours
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm for prepaid, scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs only. Sunday pick-ups after 4:00 pm are charged the same flat $20-per-pet late check-out fee — not a full extra day of boarding.
Major holidays
Closed to the public on New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Our staff is still on-site caring for guests.
