What to have ready
- Vaccination records. Up-to-date Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella for dogs; Rabies and FVRCP for cats. See policies & FAQs for the full list.
- Drop-off and pick-up windows. Have an arrival and a target check-out time in mind. Pick-ups after 4:00 pm are charged a flat $20-per-pet late check-out fee — every day including Sunday, and never a full extra day of boarding.
- Special requests. Medications, special food, an activities package, or grooming to send them home fresh — let us know up front and we'll build it into the booking.
